What is this application?

This is a database application. It organizes search for collections with niche, unknown and uncomplete items.

What type of problem it solves ?

The main problem of these type of collections is a start point of the search.

• For unknown and uncomplete items : if you don’t know the title or the author, you can’t usually find these texts, objects and images.
• For niche items : if you don’t know the professional terms, concepts names or theories, you can’t often search for them.

How the app solves this problem of context search ?

The application has forms, where you add and submit the information about collections items. You choose the relevant symbols and your personal interpretations for the items. Other users search by symbols and interpretations in addition to the titles and authors.

Here are the steps to Test and order the application:

If I confirm the session via the email, I send you : 1. Dates to choice for the online appointement 2. Link to use to access for the beta version
Confirm your appointment via the email with : 1. The date you choice for the appointment 2. The email adress you wish to access to the beta version
Prepare information from your collection, which you want to test	1. Symbols, which you associate with the item : (Example: Item: Hobbit book by J. R. R. Tolkien; symbols = road, journey, mountain, dragon) 2. Your personal interpretations : (Example: road = life; dragon = inner self; mountain = The Ural Mountains) 3. Personal associations : (Example: dragon = Haku from Spirited away, by Hayao Miyazaki)
Appointment day Open the link you receive to acess the beta version. You will have a 30 minutes session with user access rights. You can add the data from your collection and test how it works for you. You can then delete youself your data or I delete it during/after the session. I will be present for the session and follow your test as administrator.	I will be present in the app and can see how your add the data. If you have problems with addition or testing, you can email me during the session. Or, you can write the question directly in the form field (for example, in the field author title) I will see it and reply or solve the problem. If I cannot do so, I give you a feedback.
After the session I delete your access as user for the app and your data.
If you decide to order the app for your collection: Send me an email with : Your decision to download the app Your deadline, when you want to start to use the app The details for the support if you need it before, during and after the launch of the app for your collection	Please note that the application is currently in a beta version Number of users : I will need to know the number of users (intranet users and personal accounts for external users) Platform to download the application : By default, the app is created in Zoho Creator and will be available in Zoho Marketplace. If you wish to download it in Apple Store or Google Store, please, note that it will take extra time. Support service : If you need online or by email assistance, when you add items and information to the database Extra service : If you need an extra service like creation and adding symbols to your items. Please note that I need to check your niche specification and the number of items to add symbols in order to reply.
